Registration Information

How to Register
Please fill out all the required registration forms (below) to complete the registration
package. The complete registration package, which includes registration application,
medical information form, travel form, a release form and the full applicable fee,
should be received for the application to be complete. Otherwise, the application
will be kept on the waiting list.

Camp Fees
Standard Camper Registration Fee: $990.00 per child.
Early registration up to April 15, 2012 $890.00
Late registration after June 1, 2012: $1090.00
Current Gurukul children qualify for a $100 discount over the regular registration rate.
To avail of this discount they must submit their application thru their teacher along with the payment.
Sibling Camper Sign-ups will also receive a $100 discount from the standard rate for each additional child. First Child will pay full applicable fee.
NOTE: 1. Please note that the entire fee has to be paid with the
completed registration form. Also, discounts cannot be combined
2. For credit card payments, there will be an additional $15.00 processing fees. We encourage you to pay by check.
3. Only Mastercard and Visa are accepted..

Fee includes tuition, meals, qualified supervision, all activity costs, all camp outings, arts and crafts-supplies, puja and song booklets, complimentary camp T-shirt, and self-service laundry. |

Transportation
All parents are required to bring registered campers directly to the camp site in Blairstown, NJ between 10:30 AM and 12:00 Noon on July 1, 2012. Parents of registered campers must pick up their
children from the camp site on the last day of the camp and make own arrangements
for returning from the Camp. This year's campsite, Princeton Blairstown Center
, is conveniently located within a 90 minute car ride from most New Jersey points.

Instructions (IMPORTANT):
1. Complete the form in its entirety.
2. Use the "Submit Form" button on the top right of the form to submit it online.
3. Print all the pages of this completed form, sign all necessary fields, and mail it to the address below. Unless application is received by mail, it is not valid.

Campership Funds
Camperships donated by supportive Hindu families and other benefactors enable children
who might not otherwise be able to attend the camp to do so. It is our wish that
no child ever be excluded from the camp because of inability to pay. However, admission
of such children will be based upon the availability of the campership funds. If
you or someone you know would like to take advantage of our campership fund, please
contact Girish Chainani at your
earliest convenience. All campership aid is strictly confidential.
If you or someone you know would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to
the Campership Fund, please contact Girish
Chainani. Your gift may help another child attend camp this year or in the
future.

Cancellation Policy
Up to May 15, 2012: Full refund, less 10% administrative fee.
Up to June 15, 2012: Full refund, less 20% administrative fee.
After June 15, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Refund checks will be mailed after the camp ends. If for any reason, the
camp is cancelled by SVSC, you will receive a full refund of your payments.
